Welcome!

The Blue and Gray Brigade is a fellowship of like minded Living Historians and Reenactors from Pennsylvania, primarily Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties that focuses on the American Civil War. We represent both the Union and Confederate histories of Artillery, Infantry and Cavalry, and the Civilian life that supported them.

We formed in September 2006 as a family oriented, non-profit organization with our goal being to recreate the life and times of those men, women and children through Living Histories, educational events/activities, small reenactments and historic displays at public events.

We are currently recruiting seasoned and new reenactors and Living Historians.
